Life Day Spa Fourways

My friends and I took a trip to Life Day Spa Fourways on a Saturday morning to visit the place for the first time. Our goal was to relax, eat, drink and most of all, have fun. We arrived at the venue with excitement and anticipation ready to begin our day.

The staff welcomed us and showed us around the Spa and the facilities available for us to use, they had Steam rooms, Salt rooms, saunas, just to mention a few. We went to the changing rooms straight after the tour. We got into our Spa garments, which were nice and soft. we then proceeded to the pools. The pool area itself was clean, neat and inviting, felt like the water called your name. For those who don't know how to swim, there are floating pools.

At the pool area they had complimentary snacks, there was a variety of snacks to choose from. I have to say I found that personally impressive and a thoughtful personal touch. Then we got to order our lunch and we dinned. I must say the food was a bit costly with the drinks, but totally worth it, I seriously enjoyed my lunch. After lunch it was time to go to the relaxation beds for a quick nap to sleep of the lunch. As we approached our departure time we said our goodbyes and headed home.
